Canciones

The elephant song

Elephants, I like elephants

I like how they swing through trees
Elephants...

Monkeys, I like monkeys
I like how they swim in the ocean

Fish, I like fish

I like how they scratch at fleas and sniff at trees

and bark at the mailman

Gotta like dogs, curled up on the windowsill purring
and chasing mice

Cats, I like cats, I like how they say, "Cock-a-doodle-doo!"

Roosters, I like roosters
I like how they reach into beehives for the honey

Bears, I like bears
I like how they jump up high to catch a fly
and sit on a lilypad

Gotta like frogs
Running through a maze for some cheese

Mice, I like mice
I like how they say, "Hee haw! Hee haw!"

Donkeys, I like donkeys
I like how they stomp through the jungle
with their big, gray trunks

Elephants, I like elephants

Ants in your pants

Dance like you've got ants in your pants. (x3)
Now STOP, and spray some ant spray.
Dance like you've got bees on your knees. (x3)
Now STOP, and spray some bee spray.
Dance like you've got a bear in your hair. (x3)
Now STOP, and spray some bear spray.
Bop, bop, bop, bop 'til you drop.
Hula, hula, hula, hula 'til you droola.
Jump like you got bumped on your rump. (x3)
Now STOP.
(You have to stop in midair if that's where I said “Stop.”)
Dance like you've got fire on your feet. (x3)
Now STOP, and jump into a pool.
Dance like you jumped into a pool. (x3)
Now STOP, and shake yourself off like a wet dog.
Dance any way. Dance anyhow.
Dance every day and night.
Keep on dancing, now STOP.
Dance any way you want to. Dance any way you can.
Dance like you've got ants in your pants again.
Dance like you've got ants in your pants. (x2)
Dance like you've got bees on your knees. (x2)
Dance like you've got a bear in your hair. (x2)
Jump like you got bumped on your rump. (x2)
Bop, bop, bop, bop 'til you drop.
Dance, dance, dance. Don't ever STOP.
(Um, I said, “Don't ever stop.”)

My lucky day

Today seems like my lucky day with everything I do
It started off this morning when I stopped to tie my shoe
And what do you suppose I spied on the ground right by my side?
A lucky four-leaf clover coming through

Everything is going my way and I feel inclined to say
Today is my lucky day

I took my Daddy's shovel and I stuck it in the dirt
I worked that clover gently out so it would not be hurt
Then in that hole, beside a root, I found a lucky rabbit's foot
and put it in the pocket of my shirt

I dug a little deeper, I was almost underground
I kind of had to laugh at the box of lucky charms I'd found
There was more cool stuff down deep among some rocks
A horeshoe, a lucky penny and a pair of lucky socks

Today must be my lucky day, I feel it in my soul
and if I keep on digging I might even find some gold
But deeper on I realize, maybe this was not too wise
Now I'm stuck way down here in this hole

Blackbeard, bluebeard, redbeard

Blackbeard and Bluebeard and Redbeard, they say
Hijacked a ship and went sailing away
Seaward they scudded and skipped on the breeze
But couldn't find treasure to plunder and seize

And a pirate without treasure is like a monkey
without a spatula...

So Bluebeard said, "Since we've nothing to do
Why don't we paint our new pirate ship blue?
Blue for the poop deck. Blue for the sails
Blue for the rudder, the riggings and the rails."

And he sang, "Yo ho ho, let's paint the ship blue
No other color's as trusty and true
As sure as I sail by the Northern star,
blue's the most beautiful color. Arrrr!"

Redbeard spoke up, saying, "Aye, but instead
wouldn't ye rather we painted her red?
Red for the cannons and the sodey-pop kegs
Red for our eye-patches, parrots and pegs."
(Parrot) Rawk! Pegleg.

And he sang, "Yo ho ho, nothing's quite like red
It's fearsome and fiery and fills men with dread
As sure as I sail by the Northern star,
red's the most radiant color. Arrr!"

"Blackbeard said, "Blimey! You're both off the track.
Let's paint it something more handsome, like black."
"Blue!" shouted Bluebeard, and Redbeard yelled, "Red!"
Blackbeard said, "Black! Are you cracked in the head?"

And he sang, "Yo ho ho, give me deep, dark black
from starboard to port, from the front to the back.
As sure as I sail by the Northern star,
black's a spectacular color. Arrr!"

Redbeard grabbed brushes and buckets and paints
Over his shipmates insistent complaints.
Rather than letting him paint the ship red,
They got some blue paint and black paint instead.

Swiftly the three of them painted their boat,
each a completely dissimilar coat,
Making a color not red, black or blue;
Mixing, instead, an entirely new hue.

That was the last that was seen of the three
Simply because they refused to agree.
They weren't torpedoed or shelled or harpooned.
They just disappeared, for their ship was marooned.

And sometimes on a foggy night at sea,
you can still hear them singin'...

"Yo ho ho and a bottle of pop
We painted our ship from the bottom to the top.
As sure as we sail by the Northern star
(Bluebeard) Blue's the most beautiful...
(Redbeard) No! Red's the most radiant!
(Blackbeard) What? Black's the most spectacular color!
(Parrot) Rawk. How about yellow?
(Blackbeard, Bluebeard and Redbeard) Arrrr!"

Dance like an animal

Dance like an animal
Dance like an animal
Dance like an animal
Boogie-woogie all day long like an animal

Do the penguin, do the funky chicken, do the elephant

Do the monkey, do the disco duck, do the crocodile

Do the kangaroo, do the cockatoo

Do the slithering snake, do the hippy hippo shake

The tale of the sun and the moon

The Sun was in his bathing suit. The Moon in her pajamas.
They played all day until the two were called in by their mamas.
The Sun went home and climbed in bed. His mama sang a tune.
And soon the Sun was fast asleep and dreaming of the Moon.

The Moon decided not to go. Instead she stayed outside.
She danced and played and laughed and sang,
'til she was sleepy-eyed.

When morning came, the Sun arose and went outside to play.
But could not find his friend, the Moon, who slept inside all day.
So now these two are best of friends apart in dark and light.
The Sun turns in at evenfall. The Moon comes out at night.

The shining Moon sees no sunlight. The Sun sees no moonbeams.
But when they both are fast asleep, they're in each other's dreams.

Snow day

Snow day. Fred said, "All play! Let's sled.
No school. Just snow. Way cool! Let's go."

Fred ran in shed. Had plan. Got sled.
"Go slow," Mom said. "I know," said Fred.
Uphill went Fred. Downhill Fred sped.
Sled streaked on past. Mom shrieked, "Too fast!"
Snow blew. "Can't see!" Fred flew, hit tree.

Sled bent. Fred's head got dent. Poor Fred.
He cried. Now plays inside snow days.

Crazy over vegetables

Once I ate a carrot and I thought that it was good.
Then I ate a green bean 'cause my mother said I should
The green bean was delicious.
What a yummy thing to eat!
It made me feel adventurous and so I tried a beet.
The beet was simply wonderful,
my taste buds were aglow.
I think I'm going crazy and I thought you ought to know.

I'm going crazy. That's how I want to be.
Crazy over vegetables and that's alright with me.

I nibbled on some broccoli. Amazing! What a taste.
And now, the parsley on my plate will never go to waste.
I ate some squash and pumpkin, too,
as much as I could hoard.
It got me so excited, I went right out of my gourd!

I'm going crazy. But, oh, what can I say?
I'm crazy over vegetables. I eat them every day.

Well, you can lock me up in a padded room
and throw away the key
But before you go, please toss in a stalk of celery

I tasted some asparagus. What scrumptious little spears!
I was eating corn until it came out of my ears.
And now I'm eating artichokes, radishes and peas.
I've gone completely loony over vegetables like these.

I'm going crazy. It's crazy but it's true.
I'm crazy over vegetables. I love them. Yes, I do.
I'm going crazy. Try some and you'll see
that you'll be going crazy over vegetables like me.
I'm going crazy. That's how I want to be.
I hope that someday everyone is crazy just like me.

Aerosmith - I don't wanna miss a thing

R.E.M. - Losing my religion

Para quinto y sexto de primaria recomiendo "Mona the Vamipire, Witch Watch", dura aproximadamente 69 minutos, creada por Abbey Home Media, consta de seis historias de Halloween: "Witch Watch", "The Hexed Mansions of Agatha Misty", "Ghoul's Rule!", "The Transylvanian Twist", "Creature From the Depths" y "Mona and the Werewolf".

Pocoyó - A dog's life

Pocoyó - Sleepy bird's surprise

Pocoyó - Double bubble

Pocoyó - Pocoyo dance

Pocoyó - A mistery most puzzling
